Job description

In this role, you will take full ownership of the international logistics chain, acting as the crucial link between production and global delivery. These are the main tasks that will keep you busy:

• Global Coordination: Manage and monitor daily deliveries from European producers to a diverse international customer base.
• Chain Management: Take responsibility for the entire logistics process, including efficient transport planning and contract execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain daily contact with suppliers, customers, transporters, and regulatory authorities such as Customs and the NVWA.
• Documentation: Ensure all export documents are accurately prepared and comply with international trade regulations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive "no-nonsense" professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for detail. A few requirements made simple:

• Level: MBO+/HBO thinking and working level.
• Languages: Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in Dutch (at least B1 level) and/or Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
• Mentality: You are stress-resistant, accurate, and a true team player who stays calm when the pressure is on.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Working conditions

Our client is offering a competitive salary (€3,500–€4,500 gross per month), depending on experience, as well as an attractive benefits package, including:

• 8% holiday allowance
• 13th-month salary and a mid-year bonus, depending on company performance
• €0.25 per km travel reimbursement
• Pension scheme
