Job description

The sales department handles the global sales of our products. The team includes six Area Sales Managers and a General Sales Manager, supported by an inside sales team of six employees based in Sliedrecht, The Netherlands, and Celles-sur-Durolle, France. This position is based in Celles-sur-Durolle, France. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join us as an Inside Sales Employee.

• • You will manage several markets, including France, and provide support to the Area Sales Managers.
• • You will maintain daily communication with customers via phone or email, addressing all their inquiries accurately.
• • You will create quotations, process orders, and actively collaborate with customers to meet their needs.
• • As a key point of contact within our department, you will keep Area Sales Managers and potentially other departments informed about customer developments.

Requirements

• • A completed University of Applied Sciences (HBO)-level education in a commercial field.
• • At least 6 years of experience in a similar commercial role.
• • A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• • Proficiency in French at a C2 or C1 level, and English, Dutch B1 or B2 level
• • Comfortable with software and quick to adapt; experience with SAP is a plus.
• • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• • Detail-oriented, precise, organized, and results-driven.

Working conditions

• A salary of €3.500 - €3.800 per month based on 40 Hours per week
• 13th Month
• 8% Holiday pay
• 27 Holiday days
• Hybrid work model after onboarding - 1 day WFH
• Company laptop
