Job description
Are you experienced in leading operations and logistics across international markets? We are looking for an Operations Manager who will take ownership of end-to-end processes and ensure the smooth delivery of devices throughout Europe. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving and who can help scale a growing business.What you will do
- Manage and optimize daily operational workflows, including import/export and distribution across European markets.
- Build strong relationships with logistics and 3PL partners, ensuring timely availability of devices for sales and service.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, using data to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Oversee quality standards and grading processes to guarantee product reliability
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Tech, and Customer Success teams to align operations with business growth.
- Support ad-hoc projects with flexibility and ownership, keeping operations running smoothly.
Requirements
What we’re looking for- 5–10 years of operational experience in supply chain, logistics, or device management, with at least 2 years of European market exposure.
- Proven track record in managing 3PL providers and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with solid proficiency in Excel (essential for reporting and analysis).
- Experience with electronic device testing, grading, or QA is a strong plus.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Proactive, solution-focused professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
