Job description

It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and a variety of administrative HR tasks, for example, a professional who is available part-time during school hours.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records, HR binders, and organizational charts.
  • Process sickness notifications and liaise with insurance and occupational health providers.
  • Update data across HR systems and portals.
  • Support the coordination of onboarding, contract preparation, and HR documentation.
  • Manage the HR mailbox and assist with scheduling and calendar management for the HR leader.
  • Provide general administrative support related to HR compliance and personnel changes.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, a can-do and supportive attitude is required. You should be quick to learn and have an understanding of how a highly regulated business works. Next to this, here are some hard requirements:
  • Experienced HR Administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR support or coordination role.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle confidential information with care.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in an office environment.
  • A mature, service-minded professional who can manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Familiarity with Excel;
  • Living within commutable distance from Amersfoort (within 30 minutes) and willing and able to travel to the Amersfoort office daily;
  • Valid work permit for the Netherlands;

Working conditions

For this role, we can offer a temporary contract, with the potential to learn in a highly regulated and fast-paced industry. During this period, you would be on an Undutchables contract, receiving the following benefits.
  • 25 holidays per year (based on full-time);
  • Compensated travel expenses;
  • Pension plan from day 1;

Salary from: €3500,-
Salary to: €4000,-
