Our client is looking for a Senior Associate in Supply Chain to strengthen their warehouse capacity management and supply chain planning capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate capacity data, developing dashboards and reports, and providing analytical insights to support planning and governance processes across multiple sites.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify capacity risks, improve data quality, and drive continuous improvement across the global and complex supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate warehouse capacity data, including storage types, pallet data, and operational constraints for assigned sites
• Perform recurring capacity analyses and scenario assessments to identify utilization gaps, risks, and data quality issues
• Develop and maintain warehouse capacity dashboards and automated reports
• Support planning and governance processes with timely reporting and analysis
• Execute initiatives from Warehouse Capacity Roadmap
• Collaborate with Site SMEs, Planning, and system owners to ensure accurate and timely data
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Can do mentality, taking ownership to make things happen
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced international setting
• Knowledge of Power BI, Databricks, Lean, Six Sigma is preferred
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or another regulated manufacturing environment will be helpful for this position

Working conditions

• Full-time hybrid position, with on-site presence in Breda one day per week
• 30 Holidays
• Travel expense reimbursement depending on commuting distance
