Elçin grew up in a relatively small city in Turkey and has always found happiness in connecting the right people with the right positions and touching lives. In 2023, she made a significant decision to move to the Netherlands. Her path crossed with Undutchables right away, and actually (fun fact), before joining our Eindhoven team as a Recruitment Consultant, she also found her previous job thanks to Undutchables. So, as both an expat and someone who found a job through Undutchables, Elçin understands our candidates very well. She truly believes that trusting and working with Undutchables will be one of the best decisions you make for your career in the Netherlands! In her free time, Elçin loves to draw and play computer games; if the weather is nice and she can catch the sun, you might come across her taking long walks around Eindhoven!

Polina is a Recruitment Consultant at Undutchables with a background in international talent acquisition, communications, and marketing. Having grown up in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Moscow, she has developed a strong passion for travel, exploring, and learning about different cultures. She knows firsthand what it is like to relocate and build a career in a new place, and now uses her experience to help other internationals find their way.
What originally started as a relocation to the Netherlands for her bachelor’s degree has turned into building roots and settling in The Hague. In her free time, you can find her going on long walks in the dunes or at the beach, or bouldering with friends.

Srinarty was born and raised in Indonesia. She always had the big dream to live in The Netherlands because of the Dutch postcards she would see with beautiful and picturesque tulips and windmills. In 2019 Srinarty moved to The Netherlands, fell in love with the country and decided to settle down. Since boerenkool is too flat for her, cooking became her new hobby next to singing. Srinarty is part of the Undutchables Amsterdam Office as a Recruitment Consultant. There is something good in everything bad, focus on that! That is what makes her stronger and gives her the ability to spread positive vibes and live happier.
